Funny how posters get more mad at Larry than they could get angry about their favorite titlist not fighting other titlist.

All I want is these bitches to fight GGG and give him the belts damnit

Floyd has only unified since he got the titles from Cotto/Ortiz its not like Floyd is an ATG who unifies every single weight division.

It comes down to $$$ and promotions. Areas where the UFC gets it right where boxing does not.

Its obvious you made this thread due to Floyd being in a unification on may 3rd., but i wont bash cuz you're his fan and we all make threads about our fighters.

Yes you are correct and we need more unification fights, but the trend now is to get a version of a belt and milk it against beatable opposition and be set for life. General public not the hardcore forum fans are the majority because the guy in there shares their ethnicity/nationality and if you tell them he is the **** then thats what they'll believe.

Felix Sturm with his WBA run. Lucian Bute with his IBF stint. Canelo and Chavez.

Unification fights opens you up to a risk of being deprived of the 2 or 3 6 figure paydays you would have made if you didnt fight him. Hence Stevenson is taking two fights before Kovalev.
