I am interested in purchasing some weighted clothing as I believe it will improve endurance, speed, strength while keeping at the same weight. I can imagine the feeling of how light i'd feel when I trained for the first time without weighted clothing.
So how much do they weigh? I understand it'd prob hurt at first, but would my body get adjusted to it eventually? Like if I wore weighted shirt or vest and some shorts or trackies.
