Ok, so who is actually the "bigger" boxer - a guy who is 6'9'' weighing 255, or a boxer who is 6'1'' and weighs 245?

Who is the "bigger" boxer? Height vs weight; size differential, etc.

Approximately every inch adds 5 to 7 pounds so the person who is 6-1 would be 285 by your logic if they were the same height(6-9), therefore the shorter person is larger by scale and ratio , but smaller in the absolute, but none of this accounts for body composition or fitness levels so the question is incomplete when it comes to the fighting aspect.

it depends on the athletes. their body composition, and how they got there are extremely important. a guy without a lot of natural size can get over 200 lbs if he lifts weights properly and eats like a horse. that's not boxing size.
boxing size is generally considered to be one's natural size after training in a boxing gym, which will make you lose muscle and fat that you don't need. ever noticed how most boxers aren't built up like NFL guys? they're lean. the could build their bodies if they wanted to, btu they don't.
this sport has weigfht classes, not height classes. height is generally in proportion with weight. it's extremely important, especaillally at HW, where guys are either at arm's length and jabbing, tryting to set up fight changing power shots, or up close and leaning on eachother.

stiverne was in good shape. he would have been stopped if he were not. not everybody over 200 lbs is going to look like wilder. guys with that kind of genetic gifts are rare.
arreola is fat. he eats too much, trains too little. stiverne is in shape. there's a difference, especially when you watch those two fight. one gassed, the other was steady.
