    I have a YouTube channel I made a few months back I train guys all over and now i am starting to putting the training video and technical videos up.

    I'm not the best with the camera but i know there is defiantly a few things that could help some of you young guys.

      About how much weight is used in the training camp episode 6 video? I've never heard of doing pushups like that before. I'm going to give it a try though.

          I think i used 35 lbs kettlebell there. That was my 2nd time doing it. Its pretty good exercise.

            Yikes! That's a lot of weight; I definitely won't attempt to do that much to start with.

              Some good videos but I think for episode 6 you should be using a medicine ball that has less rolling resistance to increase the difficulty
