Trinidad's power didn't always get him the knockout remember, lesser guys with lesser punch resistance and defensive skills managed to last the distance against Trinidad. If he couldn't stop a very much post prime Whitaker or even David Reid.......how is he going to stop Mosley?
neither of those guys had the style that mosley had. mosley would very much be there to be hit.

personally i think mosley would win the majority of the rounds but gets stopped late.

The only reason you know Mosley has a decent chin is because he's gotten hit on it a lot. But no one that ever clocked him not even Forrest who put him on his knees had the power of Trinidad. Mosley wasn't anywhere near as slick as a old Whitaker. You are assuming Mosley is Whitaker and he isn't and never has been. Great fighter in his own right but he isn't going to make Trinidad look 1 dimensional Mosley squares himself up too much. On the contrary, Trinidad would hit Mosley and hit him often. And if there is one fighter you cant afford to get hit by often is Trinidad.

          foreman knock out everyone?

          tyson?

          power is power.

just because a few guys were able to survive it doesn't mean their power was any less.

tito was one of the hardest hitting welterweights of all time.

hit harder than forrest imo and vernon almost turned the lights out on a prime mosley.

Mosley had all the tools to outbox Trinidad but we all know he likes to brawl. I got Trinidad by UD

Prime Shane was a great fighter completely different to the shell who went 12 with Floyd and Pac.

Id expect Shane to have abit too much speed for Tito. It all went down hill after the headbutt from Forrest which had a knock on affect for the rest of the fight and indeed his career. Before that he was a beast but lets not forget how great Tito was too.

Mosley was a very slick guy in his prime, fast on his feet and not at all easy to hit!

Prime Mosley was a much different guy from the man we recently saw against Mayweather and Pacquiao.

Trinidad knocks Mosley out in a tough fight where both may hit the canvas. If mosley thought vernon and pac hit hard. Trinidad would give him a rude awakening. lol at the people who think Mosley outboxes him. Trinidad was the better boxer of the two in his prime. Mosleys D has always been flawed.

Prime Mosley was slicker and much quicker on his feet than the 1999 version of Whitaker (who lets face it, lasted the distance against Tito).

Before Forrest, Mosley didn't get hit too much. We didn't really know if his chin was that good. He has certainly proved it in the twilight of his career.

As I said before if 1999 Whitaker and David Reid can last the distance......Mosley almost certainly would.
