ok so i think i have a pretty stable cardio workout but my weight training is still not right i dont know whether to use elastic bands or weights or both, so i thouhgt if you guys didnt care maybe you could post up your workouts like how often you do it and how much and how many reps exc. any help is greatly im not going to fight as far as i know for now but i would like to be in great shape for the future...plzz help
