For example, when Floyd was fighting on HBO, the 24/7-Team were once filming when USADA turned up to get a urine test from Floyd. Floyd tried to get rid of the 24/7-Team but they decided to hang around and film everything. What happened was that Floyd was given the opportunity to take epitestosterone cream to balance out his testosterone-to-epitestosterone ratio, and then USADA waited for five hours before they took the test from Floyd. Waiting five hours guaranteed that the testosterone-to-epitestosterone ratio had been lowered to a legal value.

Floyd and Al Haymon were of course very upset that the 24/7-Team caught Floyd cheating, so when Floyd moved to Showtime he decided to be the producer of All Access. That meant that Floyd had authority to stop All Access from filming as soon as USADA turned up.

However, just like Thomas Hauser wrote in his article, the masking technique of using epitestosterone cream often produces abnormally low T-E ratio since it is difficult to balance the outcome. So Floyd's abnormal results had to be hidden by USADA. USADA has clearly been an active protector of Floyd's doping. This is also proven by Nevada State Athletic Commission who also did two tests on Floyd and these two lab reports were reported this year and both had abnormal results, showing clear traces of manipulation of the testosterone-to-epitestosterone ratio.

USADA has clearly supported Floyd's doping by letting him take epitestosterone cream and then waiting many hours for the T-E ratio to become legal. Then USADA has hidden Floyd's abnormal test results, which Nevada State Athletic Commission's two tests show.

Just like Lance Armstrong, Floyd has also used illegal EPO to increase his stamina in fights. Cheating athletes use illegal EPO to boost red blood cell counts, a change that temporarily supercharges endurance by increasing muscles' oxygen-carrying capacity. The most powerful masking agent to hide this doping is with the IV just before the test. Armstrong did this many times, and a former Armstrong teammate once explained that a team doctor smuggled a bag of saline directly past an International Cycling Union tester, inside his raincoat, and delivered it to Armstrong just in time to cheat an EPO test. Floyd and Lance used exactly the same masking techniques to hide their EPO doping.

That USADA let Floyd take the IV before their EPO test is shocking, especially since everyone knows that this is the illegal masking technique that Lance Armstrong used to hide his illegal EPO doping. NSAC should definitely punish Floyd for the illegal use of the IV, just like Lance Armstrong would have been punished if he had been caught taking the IV. They should also demand all of Floyd's tests through the years to be retested with CIR. USADA, however, is obviously as corrupt as corrupt can be.

    .
Finally, someone who understands how doping programs work.

Very informative, thanks. Just to clarify are you saying that Floyd was drug tested after taking his IV on May 1st?

And could he have possibly taken EPO on the same day?

It wouldn't have been compliant, because Floyd was not experiencing a medical crisis of any kind.

The rule isn't "Its illegal, unless you ask nicely and get it done at a hospital."

Its illegal unless its part of a legitimate medical procedure to protect your health. The rules also say that IV rehydration is not recognized as a valid medical means of rehydration, so it would be illegal either way.

Its illegal if Floyd calls, if Floyd does it at a hospital, if he does it at the USADA offices, if he writes them a nice letter, if he gives them his first born child.

Floyd wasn't in a reasonable position to be granted a THE****UTIC USE exemption. Key word is therapy, which indicates health related, not I feel like doing it related.

          • Why do the Floyd stans aka the ones who know everything about Roids pertaining to Pacquiao all of a sudden play dumb and keep ignoring things.

Floyd was cheating plain and simple, you dont break rules, he was using an IV without the knowledge of USADA or NSAC, he also used 750 ml which is very high you have to go to a hospital and be severally ill to get something like that, so he was self medicating himself at home with his own team without an exemption and or approval for the 50 ml iv under supervision.

Yet Pacquiao is guilty of steroids. Many of these floyd fans are so used to playing the victim they are not familiar with being wrong. Everything is a conspiracy against Floyd and them.

USADA caught him yet didnt punish or report him to the NSAC.

The only answers you will get is man everyone really hates Floyd so much these guys are either jealous or racist or pactars mad that he lost. And after they complain of people attacking and witch hunting Floyd you can search their comments hating on Pacquiao without a shred of proof calling him a ped head, pacroid, so its only okay for them to hate on Pacquiao or others but you are not allowed to say anything on Floyd. The thing is they use childish unproven accusations and insults while the people speaking on Floyd shadiness are using facts, evidence and proof and reasoning. They are so used to feeling as if they are the victim they only know how to go on the defensive and never apologize or MAN up when wrong. Because they feel everyone is against them and Floyd.

They say things like dont worry about Floyd personal life, than start attacking Pacquiao personal life

Floyd is innocent until proven guilty! we live in America, but yall want to hate and hang this man without proof, but they over there hating on Pacquiao and calling him a roid user without a fair trial or the same fairness.

This is the type of fanbase you are dealing with, irrational and illogical pretending to be unbiased by really biased.

Normally, they have to force USADA to provide all Floyd's test samples from the past!

They can't put it under the rug, because it would definitely ruin the future of pro boxing in the U.S.

If you think this is bigger than boxing, I don't think so but you could be right. Is Floyd a hypocrite, absolutely. Yes, Floyd used an IV with 750 ml of saline and vitamin c, something drug user and non drug users have done.

With respect to the issue-Floyd's actions make him look guilty. With respect to you-get over May 2nd and be what you call a "true" boxing fan.
                      Lol.

The point here is that Floyd Mayweather, Jr. did something that cheaters would do to mask their use of performance enhancing drugs. It does not matter that he cheated Pacquiao or that I am a Pacquiao fan. He cheated. You keep highlighting the Pacquiao bout and divert attention to it, and now even to me, when IT DOES NOT MATTER. Mayweather cheated.

And the issue of "True Boxing Fan" was not started by myself but your colleague Thaman2x. Again, discredit the messenger, instead of discussing just the points.

Your boy cheated. Quit defending it. No one is bigger than the sport. If Pacquiao is found later to be using an IV before his bout to rehydrate without a the****utic use exemption, then I would be one of those who will say that he is a cheat.

                      Never mind. Lol.
