Im not a critic per say but I have to speak on a few things.
    First.
Khan did well tonight....those people that say it would have been different if not for the cut are ****ing flying.
Khan was all over Barrera and his jab was good and his combo were excellent as was his speed.
    I do see problems though.
    First.
His rhythm was very predictable in this fight and thats not good.
Other fighters will see this and counter the **** out of Amir after he throws one of those blistering 4 punch combos.
    His foot work needs improvement.
And his defense needs even MORE improvement.
He was very one dimensional defensively and needs to learn to do more.
I feel Mayweather Sr. would be the ideal trainer for Khan no disrespect to Freddie but Khans defense is his weak point and Mayweather is the best in the business at Defense.

I don't rate him, he struggled against a light puching nobody in Lemond, got dropped by a featherweight Gomez and KTFO by the one genuinely decent Lightweight he has faced.

His offence is decent but from interviews with people he has fought he has little punch power, so he has to be an accumilation puncher using his two world class attributes (handspeed and accuracy) but he has a glass chin and I find it hard to see how he can last 12 rounds without taking a flush shot when in with a decent fighter and the first flush shot he takes is the last he takes.

how about you come out of your rock.

why the *** are you talking to your self through your alt, "the gunner"?

Amir Khan sucks. He gets destroyed by any one that is his size and that doesent have a gash on their forehead the size of the grand canyon and that isnt past their prime and 35. Kinda like prescott.

The thing is the guy is a prospect and if you understand and know how boxing works then a prospect is what he is, Nobody is calling him world-class, Nobody is saying he has a Hagler-like chin thats why he needs to be looked after before he takes on the bigger boys.

Still 22 and has plenty of time to learn and gather more experience, Whats the rush anyway??? If it could take Hatton 30 odd fights at age 27/28 before he step out of fighting bums/cab drivers whats the point in rush Khan who is still 22??

So there are only few and far between Amir Khan fans and basically they're all the same person posting under different user names? You're a complete knob jockey.....

Khan doesn't suck; you don't win Olympic silver if you suck. You don't beat Mario Kindelan if you suck. You don't suck if you beat Marco Antionio Barrera.

You're just a child who knows nothing about boxing and have no opinion thta is worth anything.

                How about posting something constructive?

saying someone "sucks" is what a 14 year old ****** would say.

Exactly Khan is moving very fast.

He has faced very good competition in his 21 fights.

People who make statement about wanting to see Khan knocked out, are wrong un's.....it's just ****ishness.
