It makes a lot more sense given the recent trends. And it still destroys 97k.

Golovkin - Canelo is going to need some build up. They will be luck if break 400k.

but some of you are acting like canelo is 10x the draw GGG is. he's not. 2-3 the draw? sure.
            Generous numbers there...

U know the only reason I believe this is its been more than 2 wks and still no official numbers. It's hard to argue for a million buys with no release from GBP or HBO. In fact at this point it's highly unlikely it hit a mil.

Why some of yall mad if the fight really did 650k instead of 900k? Either number is a damn good number. Personally I would rather have less and less ppv fights as possible.

PPV should only be for really true big fights not just plain old good fights that have to be on ppv because of the fighters purses.

Not a fan of PPV's but 650K for this fight is GREAT numbers, if you are not Pac or TBE I don't expect you to be getting anything close to 900K.

Oscar rode Floyd's back as much as he could to promote that fight, he even went as far as riding a wild hype beast in Rousey and still not the numbers he projected. If I were Oscar, I shut myself in my mansion, order up a few strippers and make sure my d-boi had enough blow....
