How come we don't ever see any talk for Lara vs Quillin or Jacobs?

Lara acts like he's been sitting on a block of ice for over a year waiting for Golovkin, why doesn't he get proactive about making this fight happen? Does he want it or not? Right now, I'd pick Derevyanchenkoto to beat him.

you are right on this too, i was one of those who heavily criticized lara for fighting delvin instead of andrade, just like i criticize ggg for taking on monroe and turning down lara..

The thing is Haymon would never accept it and your grand mother knows it. He already had many chances to put his fighters against him but they ducked him. Is he somebody who's known for ever letting his fighters fight tough competition from other stables? He's not even making a tough in-fights.

Plus Lara somehow isn't calling out Golovkin anymore. The last time I heard of him was when he fought Rodriguez.

This here exactly is another proof how Haymon's groupies are ignoring the truth! I mean Haymon already has a few fighters that should fought Golovkin a long ago but they are ducking him for years with no shame (Quillin and Jacobs), yet they are still trying to find any way to make Golovkin look bad. There are already a few MW from his stable that GGG should have fought a long ago, but now he's the one ducking PBC fighters, oh yeah?????? Damn Quillin and Jacobs should fought between them but they haven't. Lara could fight A LOT better opponent than a D clas Rodriguez... But GGG is ducking him?
The thing is I'm not even completely sold on GGG!!! (even tough I like him) And the reason is because he hasn't fought a top opponent yet (and the reason for it isn't because he's ducking them but because they are ducking him)

Thank you. By the way I read the article on boxingscene. This is why I asked for precise answers, this offer hasn't got further than Lara calling out Golovkin in public, Haymon never sent an offer, all it was is Loeffler asking Abel what he thinks about that fight. That's why I asked those questions - I was very suprised that Haymon actually sent an offer because all I heard before was just Lara calling him out without sending any actual offer and it stayed that way.

Haymon will never allow one of his top fighters to fight on HBO. Especially when their last fight got absolutely terrible ratings on free television. Lara fighting on HBO and getting 3 or 4 times the ratings on premium cable would be beyond embarrassing for his PBC brand. Good luck trying to get advertisers on board or a network deal when you cannot draw fans close to premium cable numbers when you should be drawing double the numbers at the very least.

It's not happening and anyone who continues trying to say it will really needs to back up their reasoning with something concrete. At the very least, it requires a statement from HBO along with one from Haymon or PBC or even Decubas that Lara, or any other major Haymon signed fighter, has been cleared to fight on HBO.

Without OFFICIAL confirmation, any talk regarding ANY Haymon fighter appearing on HBO is pointless and a total waste of time.

Again, all you're really just saying is a nobody can drop a big name and just wait to see that big name's response. Meaning, you just tweet and do nothing else.

Thurman didn't have to present himself to Hearn. Hearn presented Thurman to Hearn by announcing that his boy, Brook, wants Thurman, yet he picked Chaves. Why can't you say Hearn ducked Thurman in this case?

All you really have to prove is whether Lara really wanted it by showing proof that he talked to Haymon and Loeffler. That's all you have to do. You can't duck someone who's just bull****ting. Otherwise, you're ducking every effing nobody out there. It's silly.
