Oscar vs. Floyd: Oscar will destroy him!

First, props to Floyd for beating Baldy. I knew he would win, but hoped Baldy would somehow pull it off. Now for the facts. Floyds performance was not impressive at all. Despite all the hype, everyone knew floyd would coast. Coast he did, but he did not show me in the least bit that he is the best pound for pound. Baldy is not as strong as everyone makes him out to be, and if/when he fights De la Hoya, he will lose. Nobody will change my mind on that. He fought good tonight, but he showed me that anyone with power as a welter that could actually can box will beat him. Oscar is that anyone.

I'd have to disagree with you. I think even Shane Mosley would do better against Floyd than Oscar.

From a boxing stand point, can you please point out particularly why you feel this way? I saw absolutely nothing wrong with Floyd's performance tonight. His was very fast, he boxed beautifully, his footwork was masterful, his defense was even better, and he punched very accurately.

What in Floyd's performance made you feel that way? The fact that he couldn't KO someone who had a rock for a head?

Floyd would also give Oscar a boxing lesson.

Why do you think Shane would do better than Oscar? And what part of LI are you from?

Im going to be realistic here. Mayweather is far to good of a boxer to be destroyed. With that said, De La Hoya is no Baldomir.

I agree. His post was very weird. He just sounds like someone who wants Floyd to get his ass whooped. Usally when you make a thread like this you always say why you think the guy will win. He just basically wants Floyd to lose and probally hopes that anyone does it

Maybe destroy is too harsh a word, but dont you think that if it were Oscar in the ring that oscar would have won?
