Frank Warren’s office has confirmed to BoxingScene that James DeGale remains under a managerial contract with Warren until April 2013. The BBBoC ruled that the 2008 Olympian did not have sufficient grounds to determine his managerial contract following a hearing in which both parties presented their cases.

Agree with the Matchroom statement. Bite the bullet, have a couple of low level keep busy fights, let Frank have his pound of flesh then move on in 9 months.
