    I think maybe lifting is what called it. Using free weights too. I wish I had my old Weider system because working out with dumbells can be strenuous.

    Usually sharp pain created from lifting means you're tearing down muscle tissue too fast while the body is trying to create new ones. Consume more chicken and do long passes of stretching before trying to do weights again. Preferably a lot lighter ones at first.
