WBC silver welterweight champion Josesito Lopez (30-4, 18KOs) has been sticking to a strict regimen of nutrition to gain weight and beef up for his bout against WBC junior middleweight champon Saul 'Canelo' Alvarez (40-0-1, 29KOs) on September 15th at the MGM Grand in Las Vegas.
