    Power comes from your legs. Build up your calves, quadricep and hamstrings. Use your legs as leverage. Work on your lats as well. Quick jerking movements such as chopping wood also helps.

    you only workout with one rep maxes ala Dorian Yates?

      What do you mean fullbody routine? Explain?

      I do dips differently, I dont have anything to do them normal, yes 100, a bit easier than the normal ones, I can do 10-20 with a normal dip...

      Ive been lifting for almost 5 years now! Just keep at it! And I have a insanely fast metabolism, so that keeps me light!
