    Right. Basically started boxing a few weeks ago. I ****ing love it I have 1-2-1 tuition with my old mate from school, who is now a professional boxer When i am not boxing i am running. But i want to change my diet to make it better.

    And basically i want to change my diet and was thinking...

    Is this a healthyish diet:

    Morning before work:
    Two Bannanas
    Or Chopped bannana and yoghurt

    Mid morning:
    Bowl of grapes
    Or pack of raisans

    Dinner:
    Chicken, with salad
    or pasta?

    Afternoon:
    Fruit bar and a bannana?

    Damn, u need to eat a lot more homie. u gonna pass out 1 day haha.

    add eggs, sweet potato, unroasted/unsalted almonds, extra virgin coconut oil, fish/lean pork/meat/chicken, broccoli, spinach etc..

      True boxings a pretty intense workout itself. Will add more to it :P
