But when Mosley fought May-never, he was the top 5 P4P. Now should Mosley fight Pac he's an old man? You HYPOCRISTES - Mosley was an old man when Fraud fought him to; just b/c he fought Fraud your hyping him up then saying something else when Mosley's fighting Pac...really? You don't think anyone can see your ploy?

      Exactly.

      Cotto II at 154

      Say it aint so......

      • It isn't about age though the phraseology used is "waiting for Pacquiao to age"...the more apt phraseology should be:

        • waiting for Pacquiao to slow down

        What's the difference?

Mayweather's style is aggressive defense. Meaning even if he is up there with lots of mileage, age and then some - he can last because he is relatively unscathed. He is healthy and untouched (a big credit to his cerebral style as well as his physical style).

Pacquiao's style is gung-ho-aggressive-style that is unnatural. (Not suggestin drugs) But the regiments he has to go through, the tedious and rigorous training, the amount of calories and proteins he has to consume and simply, his physical style of full-throttle that needs to dish out piston-like combinations...would simply wear Pacquiao out very soon.

I can see him already in a decline fast. And as a Pacquiao fan, it is saddening to see it.

Sure he is a freak and an awesome physical specimen but his body is also breaking down. And with the financial successes, political responsibilities AND the crowns he has collected all these time...you can really hear him saying that he is satisfied.

The body and emotion now on the brink of saying "I will retire"...and sure enough he doesn't need to tell us.

Mayweather is older but albeit a well-honed and maintained machine of a fighter (physically) and waiting for Pacquiao to "age" has nothing to do with the literal age.

In other words: No Protests about OST's during and after the Floyd-Shane fight.

Yet only Pacman fans HOPE the OST's get rejected by the commissions so that Manny doesn't have to take it.

You guys reveal your true colors daily. It's fascinating to watch.
Should the NSAC ratify and recommend all fighters in Nevada go through OSDT - then Pac would comply. B/c Pac even said whatever NSAC says he will comply.

and became the #1 WW in one fight while Pac had 3. How is Manny
fighting the best? An old man? Mosley is the same old man that
Roach said was too good to fight Manny after Margarito. Mosley
was looking for a fight and Pac looked passed him. A smaller man?
Hmmm... That smaller man took Pac to hell and back 2x, while Floyd
toyed with him. Pac won't even go down and fight JMM and he
definitely can make the weight. Pac has official been revelaed
as a hype job. Just to back up my claims below are some quotes
that may or may not interst you......

Pacquiao is a hype machine. Boxing analyst considered Mosley
a threat to Floyd even at 38 and Pac ducked Shane who was
definitely the man to beat at 147. Now Pac wants to fight him
              after two losses?
They considered Mosley a threat to Mayweather largely due to now knowing what Mosley had left. Mosley was given the benefit of the doubt. If you envisioned Mosley at his best, then yes he would be perceived as a threat. Prior to Margarito, he struggled against Mayorga and was inconsistent at best even prior to that, having trouble with a diminished version of Vargas in their first fight. We all knew how that Mayweather fight was going to play out. Mosley has always been troubled with movement, if you show him angles, he struggles...gasses and loses focus, unfortunately that's his history.

Here is how Dougie Fischer responded to a fan writing in, in regards to being critical of Pac.

"You claim that Pacquiao avoided certain fighters (Margarito after he beat Cotto and Mosley after he beat Margz) but I think you’re forgetting the dates of those fights and the weights that Manny fought at around those months.

Margarito fought Cotto in July of 2008. Mayweather was welterweight champ at the time. He was the guy who needed to call out the winner of that showdown of the Nos. 1 and 2 welterweight contenders, not Pacquiao, who had JUST stepped up from the 130-pound division to claim a lightweight belt by beating up David Diaz one month prior to Cotto-Margarito. (Go look it up on Boxrec.com if your memory needs more jogging.) Why would you expect a guy who just won a lightweight title to call out the winner of a high-profile welterweight bout?

Mosley destroyed Margarito in January of 2009, just ONE MONTH after Pacquiao shocked most of the boxing world by beating up on De La Hoya. Pacquiao jumped from 134½ pounds to weighing in at 142 pounds to fight De La Hoya in a welterweight bout. Why would you expect a guy who just had his first welterweight bout (and who barely weighed above the junior welterweight limit for it) to call out Mosley after the veteran knocked out Margarito? Nobody even viewed the De La Hoya fight as a legit welterweight bout because of faded star’s wilted “condition” as you pointed out.

The truth is, the jury was still out on whether Pacquiao could really hang at 147 pounds until his fight with Cotto. You can criticize Pacquiao for fighting Clottey but the Ghanaian was a top-5 contender at the time, and he’d never been decisively beaten until the Filipino hero smacked him around for 12 rounds.

You can definitely criticize him for fighting Margarito, but in the aftermath of the failed Mayweather negotiations, who would you have preferred him to fight? Margarito was undeserving but his size, controversy and Mexican heritage helped sell the event."

How dumb do you have to be to buy into this ****??? How about Team Pac waiting for Mosley to age and his skills to decline before they agree to fight him. Team Pac is a joke.
People who keep bringing up this issue are a joke.

There comes a time in the training regiment when there is no added value in taking PEDs. Usually about a week before an event, training slows down so that the athlete can rest, relax and prepare. Football players, Olympic athletes and all well trained boxers do this.

If Manny takes PEDs, the time to take it would be early so that his body would have time to build mass and so that he would have time to get used to his newly built muscles. He also has to stop taking it early enough so that it won't be detected in his system.

Taking PEDs up to the very last second before a fight is completely useless! Trying to cover this up from all the prying eyes of the media would be difficult and stressful. Everyone in his whole team, including friends and family are watching his every move. They would all have to be involved in this massive cover-up. He has a huge entourage of people hanging around him, so there was anything fishy this information would have leaked out long ago. So far, the only thing fishy about Pacquaio is the fish sauce and 'bagoong' he uses in his food.

Use some common sense people. This is why the testers themselves stopped testing Mosley and Mayweather over a week before their fight.
So get over it, 'Full Random' testing will always have a reasonable cutoff date.

its funny how if manny accepted the test, they would have fought by now but team pac keeps making up excuses
