    anyone know the best way to loosen up my joints. i'm thinking i might need to take a break from boxing, and let my shoulders heal and then maybe focusing on stretching and strengthening the muscles in a different way... any ideas?

    Definatly stretching better. If your joints are sore or get hurt, try taking some glucosomine. I have to take it for my elbows, since I hyper-extend them often.
