        Two sets of 50 a day morning and evening before meal. Should see light result in a month.

          Ill upload a vid of my brutal non stop ab workout sometime next week when i get to the gym whilst wearing my truly atg boxing greats hoodie of course

            Basically you want to avoid single line of motion crunches, anything with a bit of sideways movement will be much more beneficial
