If you have boobs then you have to much fat so losing fat is the only way to get rid of it.

Adding more muscle under the fat will probably make your boobs look bigger but maybe a bit firmer.

lol naw just messin', as stated already by Ivan, start losing weight and your moobs will slowly disappear along with all the excess fat. This is assuming you don't have gynecomastia and you're just overweight right now.

Seems to be more or less consensus that you cant burn fat at only certain point of the body. What you do is that you lose weight and then you will lose fat in your entire body.

If you want to develop chest strength then bench press is a good exercise but it dosent help you take away more chest fat then any other similar exercise.
