  • Comments Thread For: Jeff Horn vs. Manny Pacquiao Rematch Inching Closer To a Deal

A rematch between Jeff Horn and Manny Pacquiao appears to be close to confirmed, with a promise to both camps set to fix any potential judging discrepancies. Top Rank's CEO Bob Arum has confirmed both fighters "are pretty much there" on a deal for a rematch which is expected to again take place in Australia, and just need to iron out some finer details.

Bob Arum the smart business man that he is...

Hey ESPN I got Manny Pacquiao on your network, it will break network ratings, ill rob him on the decision and will do a rematch on your Network again doubling the first match ratings, what do you say ESPN...

      Arum wants neutral judges.

That's the selling point of this scam fight lol

Pac should at least have the right to choose the venue of his choice as an ATG about to exit the sport. Australia again? Wow, that's another fixed fight on the works boys.

More elbows, wrestling take downs on the works for Horn.

Arum is milking Pac dry. This is pathetic.

The best part is PAC will sit quiet about it because once upon a time, Pacquiao had the instinct to criticize things if he felt it was important to be addressed. #Morales 1 post ring

Manny needs to demand GLENN TROWBRIDGE be one of his judges.

Trowbridge is a very Pacquiao friendly judge.

We both know that we usually disagree on all matters Pacquiao, however, not this time. I believe that Arum should give Pacquiao a grand finale by having this rematch take place in Manila! Manny gave Horn his shine, brought big money to Australia, and the least Horn and TR could do, is give the same love to Manny and the Philippines!

Boxing needs more fresh clean faces like Jeff Horn to survive

Clean cut intelligent fresh faced Jeff Horn is a breath of fresh air to boxing which is permeated with the same type of low tattooed poorly bred kids with zero class and no upbringing. Jeff Horn's clean cut fresh look is what Boxing needs more of. Manny Paq's slimy looks grew old and Paq's greed made most throw up. Horn is the look boxing craves and needs to survive.

All of this about how Pac should be able to pick where the fight is held...you don't think he's just going wherever the most money is? More people in Oz care about Pac-Horn than in Vegas. More people in Oz have money than in Manila. If Pac is offered choice of venue or the biggest payday he's gonna go with the cash.

It's the only place where the fight will sell enough to justify Pac's Purse. 51,000 watched it live in a stadium there. If you have the fight here if wouldn't make much revenue. plus the Australian Govt'. will prolly pay again to host the fight.
