Yo, Teddy went hard on the boxing commissions indicating it was up to them to stop the Garcia-Haney fight due to Garcia's "mental" concerns at that time. Like, no joke, his rant was hard, lol. Looking at it in hindsight, I'm glad they didn't, lol.

The only saving grace Munguia has is his youth and that he showed that he will go for it even at the end of the fight. There are levels to this sport and unless Canelo gets old overnight I just don't see him winning.

Not only Teddy got it wrong, Tim Bradley said he would retire from the analysis position or whatever he holds on ProBoxTV if Ryan won. After that, he had to explain himself to the masses that wanted to lynch him. Honestly, it was a valid explanation. If Ryan didn't pull "hah! Gotcha!" on everyone, then everyone's comments and analysis of Ryan and how they felt him going into the fight were valid. I don't think Tim knows any less just because he was basing his argument on a mentally f**ked Ryan. He wasn't the only one that did.

I agree canelos counter punching is another level , although mungai has a few kos with sweet looking counters and canelos been getting hit a bit more recently like vs Ryder , but I'm finding it hard to give mungai a chance myself

I like Teddy as a commentator even if I don't agree with him all the time. It's refreshing to have someone on a broadcast who is willing to speak their mind, regardless of the consequences.

One of the things I like about Teddy's take on fights is the way he describes the psychological aspect of success or failure in the ring.

I find that he dwells on it so much that it hurts his technical analysis. He needs to find balance between the two.
