  • What time is best to take multi-vitamins?

    What's up? I'm Brad and I take multi-pro 32x, a vitamin supplement. I was wondering what yall might think is the best time to take it and please show me some evidence to back up your point if you can. Thanks.

    Dont take them in the evening or anytime you go to bed, they may give you unwanted energy when you are falling asleep. The best vitamins to take is a 3 day dosage, Your bodies Enzymes can only work on so much at a time. However if you are taking a 1 a day type vitamin, POST workout. As your immune system is also in supercharge mode

      i usually take them as sdoon as i wake up

      the 1 a day performance ones
      with like 200-300%

        only take them after meals. that way the vitamin will fully absorb into the food.

        otherwise you are wasting it pretty much.

          I say in the mornings, after you workout & before going to bed.
