Anyone chewing lots of gum..Not something I really enjoy but it does strength your jaw muscles alot and that muscle covering my temples has gotten thicker..I wonder if there is a proper Cycle to it..Like sets and reps or should you just chew it all day long.

I chew heavy. Three sets of 8 reps and I increase the gum load every set. Last set is to failure. I do this once a week as the jaw muscles need a full week to recover after a hard session.
When I'm feeling good I go for the supersets. 8 reps chewing gum. Spit it out out. 8 reps chewing stale crusty bread. 3 sets of each with no rest in between.
If i just fancy a light workout I chew cake. You gotta vary your workouts sometimes.
