Recently I felt pain in my left forearm/wrist, sometimes my right when I weight train. I went to the doctor today and he said that a portion of the muscles in my forearms were damaged which caused the pain. He told me that I'm going to have to rehab for at least a week, but here's the thing;
Should I stop my boxing workout if i have to stop my weight training? Or should I just go easy on the boxing workout?
