View Full Version : Sad News: Joe Rollino dies at 104 years old

I was at lunch and picked up the NY Daily News and saw the puglilist known as Kid Dundee died via a car accident at age 104. He was hit by a mini van, sorry if posted already, i couldn't read threw the threads and just hoped people remember his career, which also incuded body building.

Yes, it is very sad.

I met him several times at the Ring 8 meetings in New York. He even was a guest speaker at one of the meetings and he showed that he still had a Great memory.

It's just tragic. And then you have all these internet *******s making jokes about it. Nobody deserves to go out like this. RIP.

Bob Mladinich, who I know very well, as he was on the Board of Directors with me in Ring 8, wrote the article. Most of it was a reprint, BUT it was still a Great article.

What an amazing man! Sounds like it would'a taken a truck to kill him anyway..
I loved his comment on Ali Liston, right at the end..
Incidently, I saw your lists of undefeated fighters on another site.. I was amazed, there's literally hundreds of them, past and present..
Please don't feel put out, but if ever you're bored at any time, those lists would generate an immense interest on this site.. Regards mm
