Anybody got the training routines for people like Cotto, Pacqiaou, Mayweather, Hatton, Tyson, Haye ?
Also got any weight training routines for any boxers but preferably again those sort of people...?

most fighters just do the usual stuff nothing special, just real intense........... although i would be interested in seeing david hayes as i have heard he uses some pretty unorthodox methods.

That's definitely not Tysons routine and I really doubt that's the routine Mayweather has. I took a look at his routine ages ago and it was something like in the morning doing dash circuit runs for a while, then 6 or 8 mile endurance run, 2000 situps, sparring/all the other crap there. I'm not sure about the details but what he said ain't it.. if it is then I guess I'm the fittest man on the planet..

It's sad that more boxers don't put their workout routines out there.
I can sort of understand it with active fighters as they don't want potential opponents to see how they train. But the ones that are retired should put out training books or videos.
It would be a big help to all of us younger boxers that are tying to come up.

The best fighters don't have a set training routine....
