O2 Arena, London - In  his first fight since a 2012 knockout of Dereck Chisora, former two division world champion David 'Hayemaker' Haye (27-2, 25KOs) made his return to the ring, with new trainer Shane McGuigan, and demolished WBA #10 ranked Mark De Mori (30-2-2, 26KOs) of Australia in one round.

Haye's increased muscle mass was apparent from the early star. Haye came out jabbing and throwing big punches with a lot of speed. De Mori was moving back and seemed to be looking for counters instead of letting his hands go.

Haye's right hands were hitting the target and hurting De Mori.  As De Mori waved Haye in and threw a very lazy jab, a right hand bomb blasted De Mori against the ropes, sending him down hard. De Mori was out and the referee quickly waved off the contest.

Not much of a contest with De Mori being dominated from the first minute and sparked out with little offense in return to hold Haye off.

The victory does throw Haye in the mix for huge domestic fights with fellow heavyweights Tyson Fury and Anthony Joshua.
