A lot of boxing fans were curious as to which fighter Jim Lampley will pick to win on May 5.

Lampley is very high on both Oscar De La Hoya and Floyd Mayweather, Jr, and has even been accused by fans of being biased on HBO telecasts when either of the two fighters is being showcased on the network.

When asked by the New York Post to predict a winner, Lampley quickly sided with Mayweather.

"If Floyd Mayweather were fighting God tomorrow, I'd make him the favorite to win by unanimous decision," Lampley said. "Until proven otherwise, the logical prediction in every Floyd Mayweather fight is Floyd Mayweather by unanimous decision. You're looking at the pound-for-pound best fighter in the world."
