WBC Super Featherweight silver champion Sergio "Yeyo" Thompson, who KO'd twenty two of his twenty six opponents, is fighting Argentina's Luis Armando Juarez at Chetumal's International Conventions Center on Saturday.

"Yeyo" (26-2, 22 KO's) has only troubled the judges four times in his explosvie career, which he puts down to his Mayan-British heritage. Juarez who's fought sixteen times, has four KO's to his name, two draws and five losses.

Yeyo, who's trained by former WBC Super Flyweight Champion Jose Luis Bueno, attended the WBC's weekly press conference . He's number one contender for Takahiro Aoh's crown. Compatriot Gamaliel Diaz who's ranked number four, will be fighting Aoh, also on Saturday night, at the Tokyo International Forum.
