Former two division champion Tomasz Adamek (42-2, 28KOs) is training for his first fight since the TKO loss to Vitali Klitschko in September. Adamek is planning to take a tuneup in the month of March, either in New York or New Jersey, and then he plans to return in the summer and mentioned two possible opponents that HBO would likely approve - Chris Arreola and undefeated prospect Seth Mitchell (24-, 18KOs). Adamek has a decision win over Arreola (34-2, 29KOs)

"After four weeks with [trainer] Roger [Bloodworth], I feel that there is improvement, and in March I will return to the ring even stronger. If all goes well and I'm healthy, this summer I want to return to HBO's network and have them broadcast my fight. Perhaps a rematch with Arreola or a clash with Mitchell, who recently debuted on HBO and nobody has beaten him in the professional ranks. I'm entering the new year with hope, and in 2013 I want to fight again for the championship of the world," declares Adamek.
