According to sources in German Titov Promotions, WBO middleweight champion Dmitry Pirog (17-0, 14 KOs) will conduct the first defense of the title, he won against Daniel Jacobs last July, on March 11 at DIVS palace of sports in Ekaterinburg, Russia. Pirog’s opponent is yet to be defined.

In the undercard of the show, WBC #9 lightweight Alisher Rakhimov (21-0, 11 KOs) will pit his WBC International belt at risk for the first time. 2008 Beijing gold medalist Felix Diaz (8-0, 5 KOs) will make a major step up in class against one of the former world champions, while 2008 super heavyweight bronze medalist Vyacheslav Glazkov (8-0, 6 KOs) will be showcased against a tough opponent as well.
