San Antonio, Texas - World ranked Julio Cesar Chavez Jr and three-time world champion Marco Antonio Barrera were in San Antonio on Thursday to promote "Latin Fury 15" to be held on June 26 at the Alamodome San Antonio, Texas.

Chavez Jr. (40-0-1, 30 KOs) of Culiacan, Sinaloa, Mexico takes on Irishman John Duddy (29-1, 18 KO's) in a stellar event presented by Top Rank and Zanfer Promotions and shown on pay-per-view.

"I am very happy to be back to fight in San Antonio, because this city is very special for my family, for it was here where my father fought with over 60 thousand spectators and where I managed to get a victory long ago," said Chavez Jr.

In the co-feature, Marco Antonio Barrera (68-7, 43) will face Adilson De Jesus (25-4, 20 KOs) from Bahia, Brazil in a tren round lightweight contest.

"I want to win a fourth world title in four different weight categories and with the help of Juan Carlos Torres and Top Rank, I hope to do it," Barrera said.

Barrera said that he is very happy to return to the ring and has been training for 4 weeks in Guadalajara and will be in excellent condition for the 26th of June.

"As always I will do my best in my first fight with Top Rank. I thank Juan Carlos Torres and Todd duBoef of Top Rank for the opportunity and together we will make history because we will win a fourth world title in a fourth division," said the fighter from Iztacalco, Mexico.

Todd duBoef, president of Top Rank directed the news conference with Fernando Beltran, president of Zanfer.

"This is an event for the Mexican fans that both love and respect boxing. We have two great figures such as Julio Cesar Chavez Jr. who seeks glory and Marco Antonio Barrera, who can go straight to the Hall of Fame, but wants to win another world title before going on to a sport where he's had success and has accomplished so much, "said duBoef.
