At the Plaza Pueblo Antiguo in Ensenada, Mexico, Ulises "Archie" Solis (30-2-2, 21 KOs) stopped Bert Batawang (45-15-3, 37 KOs) in five rounds of action in an IBF junior flyweight eliminator. After an action-packed first three rounds, Solis took over with the harder punches in the fourth to deck Batawang and battered him in the fifth round. Batawang was unable to come out for the sixth round.

In the co-feature, Giovani Segura (30-1-1, 20 KOs) stopped Ronald Ramos (28-8-3, 14 KOs) in the fourth round of a flyweight contest. Segura was in total control of the contest. He busted him up for four rounds and Ramos was unable to come out for the fifth.
