Heavyweight Shane Cameron wants to punish David Tua when the two fighters meet on October 3 in the what is being advertised as the biggest fight ever in New Zealand. Cameron, a young pro at the time, met Tua in 2003. He sparred Tua twice to help him prepare for a fight with Hasim Rahman. Cameron has a lot of respect for Tua. He doesn't feel any respect being shown by Tua.

"He was the big dog, and I respected that highly," says Cameron to The Sunday Times. "I don't dislike the man. We're in the same business. I certainly respect him. He doesn't respect me. I'm going to have to punch some respect into him. He reckons I haven't fought the right people. We'll see."

Cameron has been calling Tua out for a few years. He never thought that fight would happen. In less than a month, it will.

"I never, ever thought it was going to happen," Cameron says. "We called it out a long time ago, but I never thought he would accept the fight. We just carried on, and I'm in a great position now ... it's different now. I am a hell of a lot more experienced, I've learned a lot, and I've deserved this fight, I've worked for it."
