This Friday in Johannesburg, South Africa, Mzonke Fana (28-4, 11KOs) will face Jasper Seroka in an IBF super featherweight eliminator at Nasrec. Fana, the former IBF champion, wants to regain the title he lost in 2008 to Cassius Baloyi. Baloyi would go on to lose the title to current champion Malcolm Klassen, who Fana beat for the belt in 2007.

If Fana is able to beat Seroka, he will be in line to fight the winner of the August 22 bout between Klassen and Robert Guerrero. The Klassen-Guerrero bout is part of an HBO televised triple-header from the Toyota Center in Houston, Texas. If Fana loses, it could be the end of the road.

"I’m looking forward to winning the fight because this cannot be my last fight," said Fana to SABC News.

Seroka (18-1, 8KOs) plans to make it a fight. Seroka's only loss, by third-round knockout, actually came at the hands of Klassen back in 2003.

"By winning this fight it's going to be a big thing for me because it's something I want to achieve in my boxing career, seeing myself being a world champion," said Seroka.
