British middleweight world champion Chris Eubank Jr. has continued to bait WBC/WBA/IBF/IBO  middleweight king Gennady Golovkin to face him in a 'real' fight.

The two boxers were in talks for weeks to face each other on September 10th at the O2 Arena in London.

There were a lot of talk from Eubank and his father/manager Chris Eubank Sr. - but in the end the fight fell apart after Eubank was unable to reach an agreement with his own promoter, Eddie Hearn of Matchroom Sport.

After Eubank Jr. fell out of the picture, Hearn offered up his IBF welterweight champion, Kell Brook. Golovkin (35-0, 32KOs) accepted and now will defend his belts against Brook (36-0, 25KOs), who moves up by thirteen pounds.

Once the fight was made, Eubank Jr. trashed the contest and said it was a physical mismatch with Brook putting himself in harm's way. He also called Golovkin a 'fraud' for facing a welterweight.

Eubank Jr. said on Twitter: "GGG when you're done with the child's play - I'm ready and waiting to take those belts off you in a REAL fight. Oh and I'm in the same weight class as you so it will be fair ?#‎Fraud ?#‎SayNoToBullying."

Hearn believes Eubank will eventually get his crack at a big fight - whether it be the Golovkin vs. Brook winner or someone else.

Hearn told Sky Sports News HQ: "There is a huge future for Chris Eubank Jr. He can fight the winner later on in the year. He has got a big future ahead of him. He misses out this time but I am sure he will get his shot in due course."
