Just when things couldn't get any stranger for former four division world champion Roy Jones Jr. (62-9, 45KOs). The future Hall of Famer is going to fight a fan as part of an internet pay-per-view being put together by UR Fight on March 20th.

The company is staging a show with four main bouts, each in a different genre to attract a variety of different fans.

MMA fighters Chael Sonnen and Michael Bisping will battle in a grappling match.

Former WWE superstars Kurt Angle and Rey Mysterio Jr. will have a pro wrestling match.

UFC legends Ken Shamrock and Dan Severn will clash in an MMA rules trilogy fight.

Jones appears to be the headliner of the card, where a lucky fan will have the opportunity to win a $100,000 if they are able to beat the former champ.

Initially the validity of this show was being questioned - until the 47-year-old boxer was part of a video promo to discuss his participation.

Jones was brutally knocked out in four rounds in December by Enzo Maccarinelli in Russia.

Despite the heavy outcry from fans who want to see him retire, Jones has refused to walk away from the sport.

Jones claims that he doesn't have any financial issues, but one has to wonder why he would involve himself in this type of venture.

Fans are required to submit videos to UR Fight. The submitted video must explain why UR Fight should select them to fight Jones.
