Retired former five division world champion Floyd Mayweather Jr. is undecided on who would win between heavyweight champions Deontay Wilder (36-0, 35KOs) and Tyson Fury (25-0, 18KOs).

If the two champions get past their upcoming defenses, the stage would set for a huge unification.

Fury shocked the world when he defeated Wladimir Klitschko last November to capture the WBO/WBA/IBF/IBO heavyweight  titles. Wilder captured his WBC belt a year ago, with a twelve round unanimous decision over Bermane Stiverne, and since then he's retained that title three times.

Following Wilder's most recent defense last month at the Barclays Center in Brooklyn, Fury was seated in the audience and confronted his American rival in the ring. The two massive fighters had a heated war of words before they were separated.

Wilder owes a mandatory title defense against Olympic gold medal winner Alexander Povetkin. Fury is contractually obligated to have an immediate rematch with Klitschko in the coming months.

Mayweather made a lot of money of Fury last year, when placed a wager that he'd upset Klitschko.

Placing a wager on Wilder-Fury - Mayweather would have to think long and hard on that one.

"I’ve only seen [Fury] fight once and I’d never seen him before, but I bet on him because it was good odds,” Mayweather told Manchester Evening News. We have a heavyweight over in America making a lot of noise called Deontay Wilder, and that would be a good fight. Deontay is a heavy hitter and a tough opponent, so I don’t know who I would bet on in that fight."
