The Showtime Super Six World Super Midddleweight Boxing Classic's final between WBA super middleweight champion Andre Ward of Oakland, Calif., and his WBC counterpart Carl Froch of England could land in either Atlantic City or Los Angeles, according to Ward's promoter, Dan Goossen.

"We're looking at two locations, and that's here in Atlantic City, or at a location in LA," said Goossen from Atlantic City, where he is promoting Saturday night's junior middleweight clash of southpaws between Paul Williams (39-2, 27 KOs) and Erislandy Lara (15-0-1, 10KOs) at the Boardwalk Hall.

Goossen declined to name the place he is considering in Los Angeles.

The 27-year-old Ward (24-0, 13 knockouts) made the successful third defense of his crown with May's Super Six semifinal unanimous decision over 31-year-old Abraham (32-3, 26 KOs) of Germany, who had been outclassed during November's one-sided unanimous decision loss to the 33-year-old Froch (28-1, 20 KOs).

Froch scored June's unanimous decision over 42-year-old ex-world champion, Glen Johnson (51-15-2, 35 KOs) in the other Super Six semifinal.
