Frank Warren enjoyed a successful year in boxing in 2017, having linked up with BT Sport.

The Hall Of Fame promoter, who heads up Queensberry Promotions, put on 11 shows on the channel last year.

And the man who now looks after Carl Frampton, Lee Selby, Josh Warrington and many more to boot, has wasted no time in confirming the details of his first big show of the New Year.

Warren will return to the Copper Box Arena –– the site of one of his last shows of last year –– on February 10, with the action simultaneously aired on BoxNation as well as the BT Sport platform.

Zolani Tete will headline the card after his last outing, an 11-second knockout victory over fellow South African Siboniso Gonya at the SSE Arena in Belfast last November to retain his WBO bantamweight world title.

Tete, who is a former super-flyweight titlist, will face the number one contender Omar Andres Narvaez over 12 rounds in what will be the second defence of the crown.

Narvaez is also a former holder of a world title in the 115-pound division, he had the WBO belt, but was knocked out by Japan’s Naoya Inoue inside two rounds and has since gone on a four-fight winning streak since.

Also on the card, Bradley Skeete, the outright British welterweight champion, will return on the bill alongside WBO European and WBO Inter-Continental light-heavyweight champion Anthony Yarde and undefeated heavyweight talent Daniel Dubois.

Boxing Scene understands that Harvey Horn, the ex-Team GB starlet who turned professional towards the back end of last year, will fight for the second time in the paid ranks, while there is action for Archie Sharp, Hamzah Sheeraz and Boy Jones Jr.

Umar Sadiq, a float on the last Copper Box card who failed to get on due to time constraints, has been added and featherweight prospect Ryan Garner along with lightweight debutant Mohammed Bilal Ali complete the card as it stands.

Further details regarding the card will be revealed in due course.
