Mashantucket, Connecticut, Foxwoords Resort and Casino - SERGIO “Maravilla” MARTINEZ (46-2-2, 25 KOs), the WBC Emeritus & The Ring Middleweight Champion, was 158.8-pounds. Undefeated SERGIY “Razor” DZINZIRUK (37-0, 23KOs), the WBO Light Middleweight Champion, was also 158.8-pounds.

In the HBO televised co-feature, middleweights scheduled for ten rounds, ANDY LEE (24-1, 18KOs) came in at 162.6-pounds, while undefeated CRAIG McEWAN was 161.4-pounds. The fight was being fought at a max weight of 162-pounds.
