that's why when I hear reports of this guy and that guy knocking out sparring partners. I be like what does that mean? means nothing. usually that person always look like crap in the fight.

sparring is about working on your game plan and technique. getting your wind back and movements and range. not beating anyone up or winning anything. there is nothing to win. You can look like you lost in sparing vs someone…

Juan doesn't seem to train as hard when not fighting Pac. He looked poor VS the Russian pre Pac, and didn't look great VS Juan Diaz, Katsidis etc... seems he only trains extra hard against Pac and use to chase…
