Video: Gennady Golovkin Putting in Work For Canelo Rematch

IBO, WBC, WBA middleweight champion Gennady Golovkin (38-0-1, 34 KOs), from Karaganda, Kazakhstan, is boxing's longest-reigning world champion (since 2010).  He is in training for his September 15 Mexican Independence Day rematch against former two-division world champion Canelo Alvarez (49-1-2, 34 KOs), of Guadalajara, Mexico.

Canelo-GGG2  will be presented live by HBO Pay-Per-View from the T-Mobile Arena in Las Vegas.  Golovkin will be attempting to break the middleweight division record for consecutive title defenses -- 20 -- which he currently shares with Bernard Hopkins.

He will be in good shape. A little better than last time. Similar to how he was physically against Jacobs and Vanes.

Don't worry folks. GGG did the important work before this tiny part of strength and conditioning workout. This is just for the media. Only concern is how fresh and sharp he'll look in the rematch at 36 y/o ?!

In the ring GGG looks knackered, I think he needs a good trainer of physical condition.

He looks ready to block punches with his head again.. haha. In all seriousness he needs to find Canelo and cut off the ring. Unfortunately hes gonna have to eat alot of punches.
