Vargas, Omotoso, Penalosa on Pacquiao vs. Marquez Card

The entire undercard for Manny Pacquiao vs. Juan Manuel Marquez is coming together. The HBO pay-per-view event takes place on December 8th at the MGM Grand in Las Vegas.

In the pay-per view main event, Pacquiao (54-4-2, 38 KOs) and Marquez (54-6-1, 39 KOs) will trade punches for a fourth time.

On the pay-per-view portion of the card:

Olympic gold medal winner Yuriorkis Gamboa (21-0, 16 KOs) will return for the first time since last September's decision win over Daniel Ponce De Leon, and he will likely face super featherweight contender Miguel Beltran Jr. (27-2, 17 KOs) of Mexico.

IBF lightweight champion Miguel Vazquez (32-3, 13 KOs) defends his belt against undefeated Mercito Gesta (26-0-1, 14 KOs)

In a fight for the WBA-interim featherweight championship, Javier Fortuna (20-0, 15 KOs) collides with Patrick Hyland (27-0, 12 KOs).

On the non-pay-per-view portion of the card:

Undefeated welterweight contender Jessie Vargas (20-0, 9KOs) will be in action. 

Welterweight up and comer Wale "Lucky Boy" Omotoso (23-0, 19KOs) will face Irving Garcia (17-8-3, 8KOs).

And super bantamweight prospect Dodie Boy Penalosa Jr. (9-0, 9KOs) will be in action. Penalosa is the son of former champion Dodie Boy Penalosa and the nephew of former beltholder Gerry Penalosa.

Nice to see Peñalosa on the ring with manny pacquiao.. its been a while.. Pinoy's on top of the ring.. can't wait...

I wonder if Jessie Vargas is still thinking that moving to Top Rank was a good idea. Under Mayweather he fought infrequently, but he was on the televised undercard of a major fight with great exposure and making good money(assuming).…

Another Lame ass top rank undercard... Gamboa.. Miguel "the marathon runner" vasquez?.. Im looking foward to seeing fortuna fight agian tho but even that should be on ESPN. Canelo lopez was the best card i have ever seen!
