Team Caballero Confident of Beating Hall in The UK

By Pablo Fletes, notifight.com

Marcos Caballero, father and trainer of Randy "The Matador" Caballero, is confident his son will capture the vacant IBF bantamweight title by defeating Stuart Hall in the UK. Promoter Denis Hobson, who has Hall, outbid Golden Boy Promotions to secure the promotional rights.

Marcos had hoped to get the home field advantage for his son, and stage the fight in Indio, California. But now they have a tough task ahead as Hall will have a huge crowd of supporters to back him on fight night. The date and venue will soon be announced by Hobson who is finalizing the details.

"We will be traveling to England to fight for the world title and we are not going to disappoint everyone who believed in him. He wants to win that belt to make history and to show the young people who are in this sport, to serve as a motivation that in this world nothing is impossible," Marcos said.

Caballero has a record of 21-0 with 13 knockouts, while Hall is 16-3-2 with 7 knockouts.
