The grudge match between undefeated Polish heavyweights Artur Szpilka (16-0, 12 KOs) and Krzysztof Zimnoch (17-0-1, 11 KOs) will not happen in February as many had expected. Fans were anticipating that both men would finally settle their differences in February during a big Polsat Boxing Night, but it appears the organizer of the show is claiming that Szpilka is asking for too much money to fight on the show, and his demand is impossible to accommodate.

The fight fell through several times in the past year. They were first scheduled to battle on February 23rd, as part of the Andrew Golota-Przemyslaw Saleta undercard. They even brawled at the press conference to announce the event, but the fight was canceled after Szpilka was banged up from a February 1st six round war with Mike Mollo.
