Charles Martin will beat Anthony Joshua on Saturday, according to film legend Sylvester Stallone.
The Rocky films actor, who was recently seen alongside Liverpool cruiserweight Tony Bellew in the Box Office smash Creed, is one of boxing's highest-profile fans.
And despite the majority of British fans and bookmakers confident Joshua will snatch the IBF world heavyweight title from Martin at The O2 - live on Sky Sports Box Office, Stallone has faith in his fellow American.
Stallone's former chef and Martin's camp manager Paul Cain, told Sky Sports: "Between 1985 to 1995 or something like that, I worked for Sylvester Stallone. He was really great to work for and he's still a good friend.
"We received a really nice email from him. Let me read it to you: 'Good luck with everything. I believe your guy will be triumphant. Sly.' Charles was really happy with that.
"I've got to tell all the Scousers to bet on my boy. I'm an American head. I just think Charles has more experience, is ready for the fight after a great camp, is a southpaw and I just don't see us not winning."
