Solis vs. Saglam: Licina, Aydin, Gevor on The Card

By Per Ake Persson

Arena Box Promotion are again back in Germany and stage as previously reported a show in Cuxhaven July 27 televised by EuroSport.
Headlining is heavyweight Odlanier Solis, 19-1, who takes on Yakup Saglam, 29-2, and while the records suggests an even matchup the reality is that Solis is a class above Saglam. This is a defence of the IBF I/C title
Jr welterweight veteran Nacho Mendoza, based in Spain, takes on Argentinian Ramon de la Cruz Sena with the vacant IBF Latino crown at stake. Mendoza have been in with some of the best in the world and scored some big wins as well.

Turkish welterweight Selcuk Aydin, for this fight trained by Robert Rolle in Berlin, faces Aaron Herrera, also from Argentina. Aydin was training himself for his last fight while in good shape he wasn´t overly impressive but things are said to have worked out very well with Rolle.
Two fighters rather unknown to a European audicence in Roamer Alexis Angulo and Diego German Balmaceda square off with the vacant IBF Latino title at stake.
Super middleweight Uensal Arik, 18-2, a lucky winner on Arena´s show in Berlin in March, face Omar Siala over eight.
Cruiserweight Enad Licina, 23-4, is featured on the undercard as well as Noel Gevor, 8-0.

Solis should just buy some Ben & Jerrys and stop the whole boxing thing i doubt hes gonna get serious getting by on sheer left over talent just watching him slob his way along after wasting so much potential hurts…
