Rodriguez vs. Najera Set for 11/20 truTV Vegas Show

By Ryan Burton

Undefeated super featherweight prospect Saul "Neno" Rodriguez (18-0) has notified BoxingScene.com that he will open up the November 20th edition of Top Rank's Metro PCS Friday Night Knockout series  truTV against Ivan Najera (16-1).

The fight will take place at The Cosmopolitan in Las Vegas. The likely headliner for the show will be unbeaten super middleweight contender Gilberto Ramirez against an opponent to be determined.

Rodriguez is 3-0 (1KO) in 2015. Najera last fought in June, suffering his lone career loss in a decision to fast-rising lightweight contender Felix Verdejo.

The fight card will take place on the eve of the Miguel Cotto-Canelo Alvarez pay-per-view event that takes place at the Mandalay Bay Events Center.
